Built from the ground up in 2014, the NXT LVL group was originally designed by founder & former army office Tim Bishop for Military use, to help build and train high-performance soldiers and leaders who could thrive in the face of challenge and uncertainty.
In 2015, Ross Hanson joined NXT LVL and brought a commercial view to high performance teams. Leveraging the combination of Military and Corporate, NXT LVL developed a unique methodology for building high performance teams at scale.
After being successfully rolled out with military personnel, high-performance teams, leaders, and businesses globally. It became intensely apparent that the success of people (leaders and teams) came from highly trained leaders who followed a constant and scalable leadership model.
This enables business owners to build the business exactly as they want it, not based on how others want to alter and change your ideas to suit themselves.
Ultimately, NXT LVL is the difference between who you are and who you could and will become.

ROSS HANSON

Ross is a specialist business leader who has built a reputation and track record in the creation, building and management of IT businesses in the Australian marketplace. Passionate about creating effective and motivated teams through mentoring of leaders and developing company culture, sales growth, team leadership, innovation, team building, reorganisation and growth strategies. To date, he has been involved in seven IT growth success stories including one which he exited after a trade sale to a US publicly listed organisation in just 2.5 years.
